An iGaming business is looking for an experienced Head of Fraud to lead its fraud, KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling functions.This is a hands-on, commercially focused leadership role, particularly suited to someone with strong crypto and iGaming experience who understands the behaviour of crypto-native players.Key Responsibilities Lead the overall fraud prevention, detection and investigation strategy.Monitor and manage risksOversee crypto transactions, withdrawals, walletsLead risk-based KYC and support the ongoing AML framework alongside the MLRO.Oversee Responsible Gambling controls and intervention processes.Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP and Customer SupportBuild, manage and develop the Fraud teamAbout You 6+ years' experience in fraud leadership, ideally within iGaming, crypto or fintech.Strong, genuine understanding of cryptoProven experience leading fraud detection, prevention and investigations.Good knowledge of KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling .Commercially minded,Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and partnering directly with senior leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
