Do not apply if you are a senior candidate or are looking for a generalist mkt position.Role OverviewWe are looking for an analytical, organized, and proactiveCRM & Reporting Juniorto join our Marketing team in Barcelona.Working closely and directly reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager; You will be the key driver to scale, standardize, and elevate our CRM (HubSpot) and data infrastructure to the next level. You will act as a bridge between Marketing, Tech, Leasing, and Asset Management, ensuring our pipelines run smoothly and transforming raw data into actionable insights to power strategic decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Operations & Email AutomationDatabase Quality & Hygiene:Maintain, segment, and structure our HubSpot database, including custom properties, deduplication, and imports, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance across all pipelines.Workflows & Automation:Design, build, and optimize automated workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency.Email Marketing:Build and execute segmented email campaigns and nurturing sequences across audiences, including A/B testing and performance tracking (deliverability, open, click, and conversion rates).Tracking & Attribution:Safeguard data integrity between web, forms, and CRM (UTMs, click IDs, integrations) so reporting can be trusted end to end.Interdepartmental Support:Collaborate directly with Leasing and Asset Management teams to define, standardize,



and streamline their sales and operational pipelines within HubSpot.Dashboards & Reporting:Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards and periodic performance reports in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Operations.Data & Customer Insights:Analyze customer behavior, lead progression, and conversion rates to extract valuable insights about our target audience and business performance.Data-Driven Decisions:Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for the Head of Marketing and department heads to support business growth.Cross-Departmental & Technical CoordinationTech Team Alignment:Work closely with the Tech team to manage integrations, oversee custom property setups, and troubleshoot any CRM-related technical issues.Standardization & Best Practices:Develop internal documentation, guidelines, and training materials to standardize how teams log and manage data across the company.Requirements (Who You Are)Experience:Around 2-3 years of experience in CRM área and data analysis, ideally within digital-first environments.
