The goal is one app that serves all of themBackend systems stay local to each country, so integration is the core challengeThe integration layer is delivered by an internal group companyThe programme spans every entity up to group holding level, so you'll be navigating a large, complex organisationWhat you'll doOwn the end-to-end architecture of the global mobile app, covering iOS, Android and cross-platform optionsDesign how the app integrates with many different backend and cloud systems across countriesLead a distributed architecture team across countries, cultures and organisations, including external technology partnersAct as the architectural authority for the programme and represent it in governance forumsBuild alignment and influence across senior stakeholders,



often without formal authorityTranslate complex technical decisions into clear messages for management and business leadersEvaluate new technologies and shape the roadmap, including cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures (LLM APIs, RAG pipelines)What you bringSignificant experience as a Solution Architect or Mobile Architect in a senior, programme-level roleStrong background in both worlds: mobile (native iOS/Android or cross-platform such as Flutter) and integration/backend architectureHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and DevOps practicesSolid programming background (e.G. Java, Python or C#)A track record in large corporate environments, with experience getting designs approved by architecture boardsExcellent C-level communication.
