We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Integral High Tech (GHT) team and lead the execution of complex industrial water treatment projects for high-tech industries. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through commissioning and start-up, maintaining a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.How You'll Make An Impact Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and consultants, as well as erection and safety coordinators.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to project work planTrack and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to KPIs as time, quality and costAssure correct handover of information to MO TeamObjectives Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesProfile And Required Skills Education:



Mechanical / Civil /Chemical Engineering Master DegreeMore than 5 years of experience in managing project Erection, Construction, Commissioning and start-up.Proven experience in managing project that involves civil worksProven experience managing, reviewing and validating main Engineering documents necessary to develop water treatment plants such as P&ID, PFD, mass balance, Piping Drawings, Isometrics, wiring diagram, Logic Diagram, Control NarrativeProven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.Communication skills: English & French fluent written and verbalStrong written and verbal communication skillsBe aware of Safety & Environmental aspects of legislation in Europe as well as CE certification requirementsBe aware of main ISO Quality Assurance RequirementsBe familiar with specific tools for project management (Ms Projects or equivalent)Synthesis and pragmatic approachAgile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topicsStrong problem solving skillsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementPreferred Skills And Qualifications Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2About Ecolab At Ecolab, we prioritize our talent‑first philosophy by creating the most capable and diverse team to excel at our nearly three million customer sites.
