It partners with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerate market entry, and drive business transformation.Задачи Build and refine components for Index, the core design system, creating new components based on product team needs and improving existing ones for edge cases, accessibility, and multi-brand applications.Maintain and organize Figma libraries, keeping them clearly structured, well documented, and easy for other designers to use as the system evolves.Create documentation that helps designers understand when and how to use components correctly, supporting consistent implementation across teams.Work with design tokens and Figma variables to support theming, multi-brand needs, and maintainability at scale.Connect Index with product-area extensions and ensure patterns flow appropriately between the core system and specialized libraries.Partner with engineering on design-to-code alignment to help ensure Figma designs match what gets built.Manage work independently, communicate progress and blockers proactively, and stay aligned on priorities through async collaboration.Maintain high standards of precision and consistency in design system contributions.Требования At least 4 years of product design experience, including meaningful experience working on or contributing to design systems.A portfolio demonstrating design systems work,



such as building components, creating documentation, or establishing patterns.Strong Figma skills, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables.Experience with design tokens and an understanding of their role in theming, consistency, and multi-brand support.Solid understanding of typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns, with the ability to explain design decisions.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and their application to component design.Strong documentation skills and the ability to create clear guidelines.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate proactively.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.Будет плюсом: proficiency with AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation and the ability to recommend effective AI use and identify workflow improvements; understanding of how design systems connect to code, including CSS and React component APIs; experience with design system versioning and contribution workflows; familiarity with multi-brand or white-label design system challenges; experience with distributed or fully remote teams; background in news media, publishing, or content-heavy products; knowledge of design system tools beyond Figma, such as Storybook and Zeroheight.Условия Specific benefits depend on employment type and location#J-18808-Ljbffr
