The role requires a strong leader who can ensure exceptional standards while effectively managing and developing a large housekeeping team.QUALIFICATIONSGraduate in Hotel Managementor related fieldEU and UK Passport preferredEXPERIENCE AND SKILLSStrong leadership and people management skills10 Years’ experience in hospitality industry, out of which 3 years in similar role (high volume,



large team)Experience in European luxury hospitality standards preferredExcellent organisational and multitasking abilityHigh attention to detail and service standardsStrong communication skills in English (and Arabic an advantage)Budgeting and cost control experienceAbility to implement operational efficiencies and drive changeProven experience operating within highly structured luxury environments with formal service standardsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the full housekeeping departmentMaintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all timesConduct daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with luxury standardsOversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance managementDevelop and implement housekeeping systems, procedures, and service standardsManage departmental budget, cost control, and forecastingControl inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning suppliesCoordinate procurement and supplier management with relevant departmentsEnsure maintenance issues are reported and followed up efficientlyOversee pest control and deep cleaning programmesImplement on-the-job training and continuous staff developmentPrepare operational reports for senior managementResolve operational issues and complaints promptlyDrive efficiency improvements and operational best practicesSALARYSalary: AED 20,000 - 24,500 depending on experienceBENEFITSTo be discussed at interviewPlease note: Kindly check your junk or spam mail folders after applying, as our response to your application may occasionally be diverted there.#J-18808-Ljbffr
