You'll be joining a team positioned right at the heart of this regional expansion!And your role in this?As the Atlassian Consultant & Trainer, you will act as the trusted technical and strategic advisor guiding enterprise customers through complex Cloud migrations and ITSM implementations. Your main mission is to translate complex Atlassian ecosystems into clear, scalable, and operationally sound solutions while empowering customer teams through effective technical delivery and training.You will own end-to-end cloud transitions, customize Atlassian suites to align with client operations, and support pre-sales initiatives with high-impact technical expertise.More specifically, you will:- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (Data Center -> Cloud), ensuring smoothtransitions of data, apps, and custom workflows.- Consult clients on service management, ITSM best practices, and workflow optimization across diverse business units.- Configure, customize, and maintain Jira, Confluence, and broader Atlassian Cloud solutions.- Support pre-sales by joining customer calls with expert input and technical direction.- Deliver training and enablement sessions to help client teams adopt and master their Atlassian environments.- Work across multiple clients and projects simultaneously,



integrating quickly into delivery teams with strong initiative and proactivity.Ok, what should you bring?We’re looking for a skilled consultant who excels at tackling complex multi-client projects, values strategic problem-solving, and communicates technical concepts with ease.The Must-Haves:- Experience: Background working in tech consulting environments managing multiple client accounts, projects, or enterprise workflows.- Service & Cloud Mastery: Solid foundation in ITSM/service management principles and cloud consulting practices.- Languages: High-level professional fluency in French paired with a good command of English. Clear communication skills that make complex technical topics simple are essential.- Problem-Solving Agility: Hands-on ability to jump into varied client environments, assess pain points quickly, and drive continuous optimization.The Nice-to-Haves:- Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred and a definite plus!- Direct experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.).- Active or legacy Atlassian certifications.- Team leadership experience (retrospectives, salary talks, people management).- Strong background in Agile project management and delivery frameworks.Is that it?Not quite!
