Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst – Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal and reports to a UK-based manager. You will partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards and vendors to translate business needs into system designs, manage configurations, testing, and releases, and help ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across countries.
