Purpose of the role The Regional Lead is responsible for end-to-end real estate and corporate security execution across an assigned international region.

This role ensures the effective delivery of real estate, facilities, and security programs across a diverse portfolio of offices, clinics,



laboratories, and manufacturing sites. Operating within a highly outsourced model, the leader drives execution through third-party partners while maintaining strong governance over cost, quality, and risk.

The role serves as the primary partner to Country Managers and regional business leaders, aligning real estate and security strategies with business priorities and local market dynamics.

This role reports to the Head of International Real Estate & Corporate Security.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Regional Portfolio Execution & Strategy Delivery Own execution of real estate portfolio strategy across the assigned international region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local business needs. Direct site-level real estate activities, including transactions, space planning, design & construction delivery, and facilities operations. Ensure effective implementation of footprint strategies, including expansion, consolidation, and optimization initiatives. Monitor regional market conditions and provide insights to inform portfolio decisions and risk management.
