Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychological assessments via video or phone to identify client needs.

Deliver one-on-one coaching to provide guidance, advice, and targeted short-term interventions.

Maintain accurate, concise records in compliance with professional and organizational guidelines.

Collaborate with international operations,

Identify and refer clients for additional resources or services as needed.

Qualifications Education: A degree in Psychology

Experience: 1-2 years managing client caseloads and addressing diverse mental health concerns.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while adhering to professional guidelines.
