NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive service restoration while maintaining SLA adherence. As an entry-level role, you will work across cultures, learn vendor technologies, and apply knowledge to troubleshoot networking incidents remotely, supporting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and related tech. Remote work within Spain is supported.
