We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution

Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies

Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes and organizational policies

Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and decision-making

Monitor project financials and support benefits realization

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments

Fluent Spanish and good English level

Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments

Nice to have

Experience with SAP systems

Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent

Experience working in matrix organizations and large-scale transformation programs
