Implement scripting and automation techniques to standardize, optimize, and control environments. Ensure infrastructure reliability and availability through active monitoring, alerting, and service management. Oversee and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers during major general infrastructure rollouts (Identity, Data Center, and Network programs). Collaborate across teams and regions, partnering with Application, Security, Cloud, and Citrix engineering teams. Propose and implement new processes and operational methods using ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
