NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring SLA adherence. This is an entry level role designed to operate regionally with a strong emphasis on documentation and proactive maintenance. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed and other vendor technologies, applying knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely
