On-Call:

Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

Operate, administer, and maintain the existing CyberArk PAM environment

Manage and administer CyberArk Vaults

Operate and support Central Policy Manager (CPM)

Administer Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and PSM Proxy (PSMP)

Maintain and support Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)

Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues

Implement changes, updates, and system enhancements

Monitor CyberArk components and ensure platform stability

Support backup and recovery processes

Automate recurring operational tasks using CyberArk scripting and automation capabilities

Administer and troubleshoot supporting Windows and Linux systems

Required Skills & Experience





Several years of hands-on CyberArk PAM administration experience in production environments

Strong expertise with:

CyberArk Vault

CPM

PSM

PSMP

PVWA

Experience with:

Incident, change, and update management

Troubleshooting in complex CyberArk environments

Monitoring and operational support

CyberArk automation and scripting

Backup and recovery concepts

Windows and/or Linux administration
