Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for new and existing projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or mentoring role.

Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
