Overview We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Madrid working for the UK market. You will work on international projects covering both e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B activities. Responsibilities * Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) * Managing a portfolio of premium clients * Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results * Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends * Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team. Team leadership * As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants * Participating in recruitment interviews * Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority) * Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls,



and providing individual follow-up * Ensuring the quality of service delivered by each team member * Growing your team’s revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities We offer * A permanent contract * Competitive salary and social benefits The adecuado candidate * 3+ years of experience in Paid Media (Search/Social/Programmatic) * 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment * 1+ years experience managing other team members * Extensive experience in B2B and SaaS marketing * Experience attributing performance through Hub * SpotSpeaks English fluently (UK Market) * Proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, adaptable and team player.
