Job Description Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the General Manager & Area Manager Spain will be responsible for overseeing the operational, commercial and financial performance of the company's hotel portfolio in Spain, while supporting future development opportunities. Key responsibilities include: * Driving overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets. * Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards. * Leading hotel leadership teams and fostering a strong performance-driven culture. * Managing budgets, forecasting processes and financial performance targets. * Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
