Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Data Trust program within Ferrer's Data Office, ensuring trusted, understandable and well-governed strategic data.
You collaborate with business and tech teams to translate governance and data quality principles into practical actions, building a culture of data trust.
You drive governance across key areas, define ownership, monitor quality, and manage metadata, catalog, and lineage.
You will work hands-on with governance tools and coordinate with external partners to enable scalable solutions.
Compensaciones / Ventajas • Drive the implementation of the Data Trust program across key business areas with Data Owners and Data Stewards to establish ownership and governance practices • Strengthen Data Quality and trust by defining and monitoring quality controls, analyzing root causes, and driving improvement plans with business and tech teams • Ensure data is understandable and traceable through management of business definitions, metadata, data catalog and end-to-end lineage • Translate governance requirements into practical,



scalable solutions and work hands-on with the governance platform while coordinating with external partners • Foster a culture of trust in data through awareness, training, and adoption initiatives across teams Responsabilidades • 5+ years in Data u**** Analytics / Data Management environments with 2–3 years in Data Governance initiatives • Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality tools (Informatica highly valued; Collibra, Microsoft Purview as equivalents) • Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data independently • Ability to understand data flows, transformations, and lineage and to collaborate with technical teams to resolve data issues • Experience in Life Sciences or multinational environments and knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK is a plus • Professional fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan Requisitos principales • volunteering activities • flexible working model • development u**** learning opportunities • range of benefits for wellbeing • remuneration customization • collaborative office experience
