Fluent English and Madrid-based availability are required for this role. * 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. * Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in complex environments. * Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies. * Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams. * Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Based in Madrid or willing to work from Madrid. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
