The Technical Support Specialist serves as a technical liaison between the company’s engineering teams and customers. This role involves providing technical support, product demonstrations, and ensuring successful product integration for customers. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Support: Provide first-level support for AVer products (installation, usage, troubleshooting) via email, phone, video, and remote access tools. * RMA Management: Handle RMA/DOA requests, check products for defects, repair and return items, and update customers. * Inventory: Maintain accurate records of spare parts and place weekly orders with HQ. * Trade Show Support: Prepare, configure, and check units for trade shows, assisting with setup and teardown. * Loan Management: Maintain and manage loan equipment, ensuring returns are checked and refurbished as needed. * Provide reliable technical support to customers. * Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements.



* Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. * Adapt to evolving technologies within the industry. Required Skills: * Strong understanding of hardware/software integration. * Experience with debugging tools and embedded systems. * Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet). Soft Skills: * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Your Profile * Technical education (Electronics, Communications, or IT – no engineering degree required) * Good command of Spanish & English (written and spoken), other language is a plus. * Hands-on, customer-oriented, and proactive mindset * Strong communication and presentation skills
