Experteer Overview In this role you own the security architecture for AI systems, driving automation, policy-as-code and secure design across on-prem and multicloud.
You lead strategic security initiatives, map repeatable work, and close gaps with hands-on automation and PoCs.
You'll influence how AI programs operate securely and efficiently within a lean, cross-functional team.
You shape governance, threat modeling, and resilient SDLC to enable safe AI deployments.
Compensaciones / Beneficios • Automate security operations with agentic workflows, alert enrichment, and remediation tracking • Design security architectures for LLM apps, RAG pipelines, and MCP/tool integrations with least-privilege controls • Build and deploy automation, IaC, and policy-as-code while keeping humans in the loop • Coordinate with pentest and detection teams to verify coverage, measure toil reduction and error rates • Lead security initiatives: zero-trust modernization, multicloud baseline across AWS/GCP/Azure, and data protection • Maintain a roadmap and evolving patterns to adapt to AI threat landscape • Inventory AI tools/vendors, assess risks,



and ensure regulatory readiness via evidence automation • Oversee secure SDLC practices (SAST/DAST/SCA) and governance for on-prem and cloud environments Responsabilidades • 6+ years in security, including 3+ in architecture or senior engineering roles • Demonstrated autonomy delivering automation or initiatives with measurable results • Deep understanding of LLM apps, RAG, agents, and MCP integrations and their attack surface • Multicloud experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure with identity, networking, and policy-as-code focus • Identity and zero-trust architecture for workloads and non-human entities • Threat modeling, secure design, and secure SDLC practices • Hands-on Python, APIs, IaC; proficient with LLM assistants (Claude Code, Open Code) and validating outputs • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority • Clear communication with executives and engineers Requisitos principales • hybrid working model with up to three days remote • career growth opportunities • health insurance discount options • travel discounts • versátil but competitive technical career plan • modern offices in Madrid
