Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our on-site IT infrastructure running and to troubleshoot issues across the operational sites. You will support end-user equipment and network projects, and you will help optimize IT usage in our sites. You will travel to other sites within the country and potentially internationally, working with on-site and remote colleagues to ensure platforms perform at their best and to mentor junior technicians on the team.
