To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Team Lead based in Málaga. You will play a crucial role in building and leading a team of consultants while ensuring alignment between our local Hub South organisation and the Belgian leadership teams.

This is what you see yourself doing? More than a traditional people management role, this position

combines team leadership, capacity management and operational excellence . You will be responsible for

creating strong team engagement ,

translating business needs

into operational actions and proactively

driving performance

through data and KPI management.

You will report to the business leadership team and collaborate closely with Team Leads and stakeholders across Belgium and Spain.

You

lead and develop a team

of consultants by inspiring, coaching and supporting them in their day-to-day work and professional growth.

You

create a positive, engaging and collaborative working environment

where team members feel connected, supported and motivated to perform at their best.

You

act as the local point of contact

and connector between the Hub South team and the leadership teams in Belgium, ensuring strong communication, alignment and collaboration.

You

monitor team capacity, utilization and performance , using KPIs and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.

You proactively

anticipate challenges

and take ownership in finding solutions before they impact business results.

You analyze operational and business data and





translate insights into concrete actions

that help the team achieve its objectives.

You actively collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth cooperation between teams.

You

support onboarding

and integration of new team members and help create a strong team culture within the Málaga hub.

You contribute to the long-term growth of Hub South and play an active role in helping the organisation scale successfully.

This is you?

You have

experience leading teams and developing people .

You have experience in operational leadership, workforce planning, capacity management or similar environments where KPIs and data are key drivers for success.

Strong coaching abilities

to support individual development and team growth.

You are highly proactive and demonstrate a strong sense of

ownership . You do not wait for issues to arise; you identify them early and take action.

You are

comfortable working with metrics , analysing performance data and using insights to support decision-making.

You have

strong organizational skills

and can effectively prioritize and coordinate activities.

Your excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

allow you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams and countries.

You enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where change, growth and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

You are

willing to travel occasionally to Belgium

to strengthen collaboration with the wider leadership team.





You are fluent in

English.

Knowledge of

Spanish would be considered a strong asset .

Annual base salary between €45,000 and €55,000

(depending on experience) + annual variable bonus.
