This entry-level role focuses on operating regionally and delivering professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents and problems, ensuring requests and resolutions meet SLA targets. You will work with knowledge articles, maintain configuration items, log incidents, and coordinate with clients and vendors to expedite diagnosis and remediation, while aiming for zero missed SLAs.
