Groups, Meetings and Events Intern , you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands‑on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands‑on experience

Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations

Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Assist GM&E; team in preparing personalized offers for the clients

Respond to all customers, whether internal or external in a manner which is both professional, courteous and in line with Hilton Brand standards and procedures relating to the department to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Learn how to work with tools and reports in the prescribed way to ensure all decisions are supported with relevant data analysis, maximizing revenue potential.
