Hiring REMOTE Bookkeeper - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Bookkeeper positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including handling invoices and payments.

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records regularly.

Track expenses, receipts, vendor payments, and customer balances efficiently.

Prepare basic financial reports and assist in the month-end closing process.

Organize financial documents for payroll, tax filings,



and audits.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

Bookkeeping software: QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar.

Invoicing software and payment tracking tools.

Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, reconciliations, and basic reports.

AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

1+ Years as a Bookkeeper or similar position.

Fluent English, both verbal and written

Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset

Team Player

Willing to listen to feedback & improve
