Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to own how client design systems are built. You’ll build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming, and ship core components that hold up across entire sites.
You’ll document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can run it, and work across several client brands with the same structural rigor. Strong English and overlap with US business hours are essential.
