Role Summary
We're looking for a Director of Sales Compensation to own our entire variable incentive strategy and execution. You'll design and manage compensation plans for all quota-carrying roles, working directly with our CRO and go-to-market leadership to ensure our incentive structures drive both business results and team engagement.
This isn't just about managing commissions — you'll identify opportunities to improve how we execute go-to-market strategy through smarter incentive design. You'll also lead the charge in leveraging AI to build scalable, efficient systems that replace manual, error-prone processes with products and tools that actually work.
You'll build and lead a team, drive governance across all variable compensation approvals, and partner globally across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, people operations,
and technology — ideal for someone who's built compensation functions at high-growth tech companies and is genuinely excited about how AI can transform the work we do.
Requirements
- Lead our Sales compensation function, which designs and administers variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles in partnership with our CRO, Sales Leads, and RevOps leadership as well as our Implementation and Customer Success teams.
- Leverage AI to build products and tools to improve the scalability, efficiency and accuracy of our commissions processes and systems.
- Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to identify ways to improve business execution through incentive design or other strategic means.
- Drive governance and stakeholder approvals of quotas for all variable compensation roles.
- Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver against key priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated success leading in a sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies
- 2+ years of professional experience as a people manager
- Demonstrated excellence in rapidly evolving data-driven business processes and systems in a high-growth environment
- Fluency in sales incentive design is a huge plus
- Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications. Fluency in compensation software is a huge plus
- Strong command of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes with senior leadership
- Strong and highly strategic problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects
- Genuine, demonstrable passion for AI in the world of work

- Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
