We’re working with a growing data centre developer seeking a Construction Director to oversee construction delivery and coordinate the site team, PMO, general contractor and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction delivery against programme, budget and quality targets.
- Oversee contractors, construction contracts and project risks.
- Coordinate civil and MEP workstreams through to commissioning and handover.
- Maintain strong safety standards and report progress to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for
- Experience leading large-scale construction projects within data centres, energy or complex industrial infrastructure.
- Strong contractor management, commercial and project delivery experience.
- A practical leadership style and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
