Scopely is looking for a Global Talent Mobility Specialist to join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub.

What You Will DoThis role provides administrative support to the Integral Mobility Manager and our HR teams and business groups across all Scopely hubs. The candidate needs to have strong collaborating and relationship-building skills, excellent customer service, be process driven and detail-oriented.




Initiates relocation and immigration cases with global providers; ensures service delivery quality and data accuracyProvides data / report / cost estimation to managers and Talent TeamConducts data audits in various systemsCoordinates the relocation, immigration and tax processes with external vendors following Scopely's policiesMaintain and enhance relationships through on-going communication with business units and provide feedback on operational processes and issues that affect the employee experiencePrepare travel and employment verification lettersTrack exceptions to relocation policy and communicate trending to manager, recommend specific actions to reduce costs/add valueReview third party vendor invoicesParticipate in special projects as needed with internal stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForUniversity degree or 3 years of experience in a related customer service/ relocation / HR capacity preferredProven successful and superior customer service experienc
