Key responsabilities: Client Coverage & Origination Support Senior Bankers & Relationship Managers in the origination and structuring of financing and advisory opportunities across the client portfolio ; Contribute to Advisory pitches (debt and equity related) and prepare high-quality marketing and origination materials ; Monitor client news flow, sector developments and market trends to identify origination opportunities ; Liaise directly with business lines — Global Markets, M&A;, DCM/ECM, Acquisition & Infrastructure Finance — to coordinate tailored client solutions ; Lead the preparation of internal credit analyses and Credit Applications for new transactions ; Build and maintain financials, credit ratings and risk assessments across the coverage universe ; Defend credit files in internal committees, working closely with Risk,
