Responsibilities Your role as a Program Coordinator - Online Programs will involve: Support the enrollment process for online programs, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. Execute the delivery of online programs as part of the Program Management team. Manage end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous online programs. Execute satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback. Investigate and test innovative educational technologies, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics solutions to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction.
