Reporting to the VP Finance Operations , the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: Financial Operations Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Review and process employee expense reports and payment requests.



Support daily accounting activities related to the US business operations. Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation. Accounting & Reconciliations Perform accounting entries and ensure the integrity of financial information. Prepare and review bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reporting packages. Provide accurate financial data to support decision-making. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation required by management and auditors. Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
