Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead to take end-to-end ownership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution .

This is a highly commercial product leadership role combining product strategy, P&L; ownership and sales leadership .

What You'll Do

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
- Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and beyond
- Own the product P&L;, revenue targets,



pricing and commercial performance
- Develop propositions across commercial cards, spend management, working capital and embedded finance
- Lead and support the Product Sales Specialist team
- Act as the senior product expert in strategic customer discussions
- Drive go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology
- Manage strategic relationships with issuers, processors and financial partners

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards, B2B payments and/or embedded finance
- Experience owning and commercialising payment or financial xhfqzwm products
- Solid understanding of payment flows, issuing ecosystems, FX, interchange and corporate payments
- Experience with P&L; and revenue ownership
- Track record of product launches and/or international market expansion
- Strong stakeholder and external partner management experience
- A hands-on, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in digital media, advertising or adtech is a plus
