Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, and AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. At the same time, we help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, and Criteo to attract high-quality traffic to their eCommerce websites. To help customers maximize value from our platform and build long-term loyalty, we created our Customer Success team.

To provide dedicated support and strategic guidance to our growing customer base in Italy, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (Italian Market) - Centric Shoppingfeed to join our Alicante office. Ensure merchants and brands fully understand and utilize all features offered by our solution. Act as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and strategic advisory.
