About the role
As a Vault CRM Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life sciences value chain. You will take ownership of your work and contribute to delivering solutions that create real, lasting impact.
Your responsibilities include




Configure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM environments for pharma clients, including objects, fields, page layouts, picklists, security profiles, and user roles.
Handle incoming support tickets and change requests from triage and impact assessment through to implementation and closure.
Plan and run Vault release readiness for each of the three annual general releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and enabling new features where relevant.
Configure and support core commercial capabilities such as call reporting,
