The Solution Lead owns the end-to-end technical solution lifecycle across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales phases, ensuring alignment between customer business needs, technical architecture, and commercial objectives. This is a strategic, customer-facing role combining technology leadership, solution design, and delivery governance. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end solution design, including service components. Act as technology strategist and trusted advisor during bids. Ensure coherence and feasibility of the technical proposal. Lead RFP/RFQ technical responses. Optimize the technical solution financially to align with business case targets.



Post-Sales / Delivery Phase Maintain overall accountability for technical solution delivery. Ensure alignment with contractual scope and customer expectations. Govern solution architecture and technical standards. Lead innovation initiatives and participate in customer innovation boards. Coordinate multiple technical stakeholders when applicable. Client & Partner Engagement Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Position innovation and value-added solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
