payment and transaction-related issues Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services Handle financial and customer information accurately and confidentially Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent Norwegian (C2) both verbal and written.
