In this role you will shape Sulzer’s data and analytics landscape in Madrid, turning data into AI-ready assets that empower cross-functional teams to make better decisions. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical squads, driving analytics solutions across finance, manufacturing and supply chain. You’ll advance AI-enabled analytics capabilities and contribute to data governance in an international environment. Responsabilidades
• University degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Knowledge of data transformation and modeling tools, including DBT
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and data models across multiple business domains
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision
