Experteer Overview
In this role, you will act as a strategic HRBP for Global Quality and Global Strategy, advising senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals. You will lead organizational design, change programs, and leadership development to enable transformation and growth. You’ll drive talent pipelines for technical and scientific roles, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to Teva’s Pivot to Growth with a focus on quality and compliance. You will work closely with executive teams to translate priorities into workforce solutions and enable enterprise value creation.

• Collaborate with COEs to deliver talent acquisition, learning, and performance solutions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior executives
• Experience supporting Global Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation
• Experience in complex, matrixed, global organizations
• Proven success in organization design, workforce planning, succession, and change initiatives
• Strong business and financial acumen; linking people strategy to business outcomes
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare) preferred
• Ability to influence executive leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision-making
