We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and commercially driven Sales Development Executive to support the growth of Meliá Hotels International across key European markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and contributing to the achievement of assigned sales targets.
The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to confidently present Meliá's hotel portfolio through virtual and face-to-face sales meetings. Experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
Regular travel across Europe will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned European markets.
Prospect potential clients through email, phone calls, networking activities, and industry events.
Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and convert leads into productive accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.




Account Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Develop account plans to maximize production and long-term business potential.
Regularly review account performance and implement actions to drive growth.
Sales Performance & Budget Management
Achieve assigned revenue and production targets.
Participate in the budgeting process for assigned markets and accounts.
Analyze sales reports, production trends, and account performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
Use insights from reporting to develop action plans that increase business generation.
Sales Calls & Presentations
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and client presentations.
Present Meliá's brands, destinations, and hotel portfolio in a compelling and professional manner.
