As Finance Project Manager at Fever, you will lead multi-country ERP rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You’ll coordinate local finance teams, tax advisors, and partners to deliver scalable, compliant financial processes across 55+ countries. You’ll also perform data migration, testing, and end-user training to ensure smooth go-lives and strong BAU support. This role blends project leadership with hands-on financial systems work in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

• Plan and run multiple country rollouts from kick-off to go-live and hypercare
• Own rollout plans, milestones, cut-over plans, and risk/issue logs; report status to Finance leadership
• Improve rollout playbooks and templates with each wave
• Perform fit-gap reviews of local requirements against global blueprint across A/P, G/L, A/R, fixed assets, intercompany and VAT/tax
• Coordinate with local finance teams, tax advisors and implementation partners on statutory and tax needs
• Validate connectors between Fever's platform and new entities
• Prepare and validate data migration: opening balances, vendor/customer data, fixed assets; reconcile with legacy systems
• Lead user acceptance testing with local teams and track issues
• Train key users and write process guides; support first-month closes after go-live
• Serve as single point of contact for each rollout across Finance, Tax, partners and outsourced providers




• Raise risks early and drive decisions to align teams in a fast-changing environment

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years in finance, finance systems, ERP implementation or finance consulting
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation or rollout with finance scope; more is a plus
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and ERP (A/P, G/L; knowledge of A/R, fixed assets, intercompany, VAT)
• Experience in multi-country work and understanding of local tax and statutory rules for ERP setups
• Proven project management skills: planning, milestones, risks and dependencies, multiple workstreams
• Hands-on attitude: data checking, testing, and training; advanced Excel
• Comfort with technology and AI-enabled tools to speed up rollouts, data migration and testing
• Clear communicator coordinating internal teams, local finance, and external partners
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced scale-up
• English C1 or above (mandatory)
