Experteer Overview
In this role you will apply Human Factors Engineering to create user-centered workstations and HMI designs for cockpits, flight decks and control stations. You will work across the product lifecycle to ensure usability, safety and certification, contributing to mission-critical interfaces in military air platforms. You will engage with system engineering and HMI disciplines to optimize visibility, workload and situational awareness. This role offers the chance to shape operator-facing interfaces in a integral aerospace leader.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and specify geometry, layout and furnishing of workstations (cockpits, flight decks, mission consoles, ground control stations)
• HMI design and multimodal interaction: control units, indicators, displays, and moding
• Apply end-to-end HFE processes from concept to service entry
• Conduct mission/task/ergonomic/workload/human error analyses
• Prototype HMI hardware and software (virtual models, simulations, physical mock-ups)
• Lead Human Factors Vu0026V: user-centered reviews, demonstrations, validation and testing
• Support HS/HF qualification and certification
Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
• Advanced level in English
• CATIA end user skills (nice to have)
