In this role you lead end-to-end post-merger integrations for ABB Robotics, translating acquisition objectives into sustainable value. You’ll collaborate with line leaders and functions to standardize where appropriate while preserving unique value drivers. Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in post-merger integration, Mu0026A, strategy, or enterprise transformation in complex organizations
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations xghoner
• Strong financial and business acumen with ability to translate business cases into operational plans and realized synergies
• Solid understanding of organizational design, operating models, processes, and enterprise transformation
