The Global Strategic Marketing & Communication Specialist is responsible for defining and driving DECCO's global marketing and communication strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, brand positioning, and commercial growth priorities.
This role focuses on developing a consistent global narrative, strengthening DECCO's market positioning, and enabling effective communication across regions,
products, and business functions. The position works closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, R&D;, and regional stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, support go-to-market strategies and reinforce DECCO's leadership within the post-harvest industry.
KeyResponsibilities
General Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Develop and implement DECCO's global marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define strategic communication priorities and annual marketing plans.
- Support business growth initiatives through effective market positioning and value proposition development.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify communication opportunities.
Brand, Content & Messaging Governance
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all regions.
