In this role you will lead regional growth and sales execution for Marsh Risk in Europe, translating growth priorities into regional strategies and measurable outcomes. You will drive new business, manage pipeline health, and ensure profitable deal execution across countries and practices. A key part of the role is shaping cross-functional collaboration, governance, and adoption of common sales processes to deliver sustainable, predictable growth aligned with Marsh's risk solutions. You will mentor country leaders and coordinate with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Finance to improve performance and accountability.

• Translate regional growth priorities into sales plans with sector focus, target accounts, and new business focus areas; guide country and practice plans with Regional Sales Operations and Finance inputs




• Set commercial performance priorities using pipeline and conversion metrics; review performance and drive corrective action with governance by Regional Sales Operations
• Lead regional sales campaigns and strategic growth initiatives with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Provide senior sales leadership and coaching on deal strategy and commercial effectiveness
• Use KPI scorecards to identify underperformance, implement recovery plans, and ensure accountability
• Lead regional talent strategy for sales teams including hiring priorities, growth hiring, and succession planning
• Partner with HR and country leadership on strategic hiring and development of critical sales talent
• Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance challenges, and recognition; collaborate on development programs with Commercial Enablement
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and performance management to country and practice sales leaders
• Set expectations
