In this Head of Risk role, you will design and lead a global, scalable risk framework to protect the business while enabling growth. You’ll build and guide a portfolio management function focused on receivables and payables, shape credit policies, and drive risk appetite across mid-size to enterprise features. You’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and the second line to balance risk and speed, delivering measurable portfolio impact. This is a chance to lead core risk capabilities at a fast-growing fintech with a strong culture and mission.

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in managing credit risk for mid-market products
• Experience building and scaling a team from scratch
• Understanding of credit policy governance xghoner and 2LoD/3LoD collaboration
• Experience in risk and fraud identification, monitoring, control implementation, and testing
• Strategic planning, interdependency management, and delivering exceptional results
• Excellent communication with clear, structured explanations of complex concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decision-making
