Experteer Overview
In this Senior MSL role, you will be a field-based medical affairs expert supporting Genmab's Oncology portfolio across Europe, with emphasis on Gynecological Oncology. You will build deep scientific relationships, share balanced clinical data, and capture insights to inform development and commercialization. Based in Barcelona, you will navigate a fast-paced, cross-functional MA environment, traveling significantly to engage with HCPs and experts. You’ll contribute to strategic medical activities, advisory boards, and investigator meetings, shaping patient impact through evidence-based dialogue.

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare/scientific professionals
• Deliver non-promotional, clinically-focused discussions responding to unsolicited requests
• Share insights to inform clinical development and commercialization strategies
• Represent Genmab at medical/scientific conferences
• Support engagement with health technology assessors/regulators on product value
• Coordinate with investigators for trials and data understanding
• Align territory plan with MA objectives and support local publication planning
• Assist in training colleagues on clinical data and medicines
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Responsabilidades
• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or equivalent clinical background
• Minimum 3 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology ( Gynecological Oncology preferred )
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Barcelona or surrounding area
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong understanding of FarmaIndustria Codes and compliance regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, teamwork, patient-centric focus
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
• Technical acumen with MS Office and multiple business applications
