Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the enterprise Windows platform as part of Sanofi’s Digital Technology. You’ll drive infrastructure as code and end-to-end ownership of Windows servers across on‑prem, Azure, and AWS. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain secure, compliant, and highly available services that power manufacturing and clinical applications. You’ll contribute to a modernization program with automation, observability, and reliable change management, helping Sanofi pursue progress in science.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep to provision compliant servers
• Automate post-provisioning configuration with PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or Puppet
• Own the full server lifecycle from provisioning to decommission across on‑premises, Azure IaaS, and AWS EC2
• Manage Active Directory and hybrid identity (domain controllers, GPO, Entra ID, federation services)
• Drive patch compliance and vulnerability remediation using MECM/SCCM or Azure Update Manager




• Provide L2/L3 operational support, participate in on-call rotations, and lead recovery during Major Incidents
• Build observability and AIOps capabilities with Datadog and Splunk
• Represent Windows platform changes at CAB ensuring traceability, testing, and low risk

Responsabilidades
• Substantial hands-on experience with enterprise Windows Server in large-scale environments
• Windows Server engineering, Active Directory, Failover Clustering, IIS, PKI
• Cloud IaaS on Azure and AWS
• Advanced PowerShell
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred)
• ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB
• English required
• Entra ID and federation services (implied)
